Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup short?
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking power
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup dates

Instructions
 

  1. Beat eggs well, add sugar, dates and nuts with flour and baking powder. Add to the rest. Bake in shallow pan. Break in pieces and serve with whipped cream.
