Country Style Steak

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 pounds round steak cut into serving size (may also use venison)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • flour
  • large onion, sliced

Instructions
 

  1. Salt, pepper and flour steak pieces. Brown well in hot fat. Add sliced onion and cover with water. Cover and simmer 2-3 hours or until very tender. Liquid should thicken, but you can thicken more with mixture of flour and water.
