Chili (for a large crowd)
This recipe is for a large crowd (serves about 32). I really do make this about once a year!! Maybe someday I’ll get a pot big enough for the whole recipe.

- Brown ground beef and onion, drain off fat. Add vinegar and seasonings. Add tomato sauce, beans and water. Simmer over low heat about 30 minutes. To thicken, put ¼ cup flour in jar and add one cup of water; cover and shake well. Pour into chili (through a strainer to catch any lumps) and heat through. If you use dry beans, you have to cook them separately first. Will fit into two good-sized stock pots.
