Chicken Breasts Supreme

Becky told me about this recipe. We really like it, and even though it’s super easy, it’s still good enough for company.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese thinly sliced
  • 1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing (such as Peppridge
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine melted

Instructions
 

  1. Lightly grease a 9×13 pan. Place chicken in pan. Layer cheese over chicken. Mix together soup and wine and spread over cheese. Sprinkle dry stuffing over soup mixture and drizzle with melted butter or margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
