Shawn’s Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package boneless skinless chicken breast cooked and chopped
  • 1/3 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • dash curry powder
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  1. Bake chicken breasts until done. Cool and chop or dice. Chop onion and celery. Mix all of the ingredients and chill. Serve on dill bread or a light rye.
