Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package Club Crackers crushed
  • 1/2 stick oleo

Instructions
 

  1. Cook vegetables until just tender. Put in casserole dish. Mix onion, celery, cheese and mayonnaise. Spread over vegetables. Melt oleo and combine with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
