Taco Soup (2)

I received this recipe from a family friend – Now it’s a family favorite.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. beef browned and drained
  • 1 package Ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 package Taco seasoning mix and some water
  • 1 can pinto beans not drained
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 can stewed diced tomatoes
  • 1 can jalapeno pinto beans optional
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes optional

Instructions
 

  1. Brown and drain beef. Add remaining ingredients. Top with cheese. Serve with chips. The Jalapeno pinto beans and Rotel tomatoes make a HOT soup. May omit or substitute.
