Spinach Dip

This is originally Shawn’s recipe. Becky always requests it for appetizer when we get together.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1 box Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 8 ounces water chestnuts chopped
  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained

Instructions
 

  1. Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate all night until serving time. Serve with small party rye and pumpernickle bread. Delicious!
