Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese reserve 1/2 cup
  • 2 cups sour cream divided in half
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 packages taco seasoning mix
  • 4 ounces chopped green chile
  • 3/4 cup salsa

Instructions
 

  1. Mix cream cheese and Cheddar together until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time while you mix. Add one cup sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Stir in green chiles. Pour into 9-inch spring form pan. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350ยบ, just until center is set. Cool 10 minutes. Spread with one cup sour cream. Put back in oven 5 more minutes. Cool completely. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Spoon on salsa. Garnish with 1/2 cup Cheddar. Serve with tortilla chips.
