Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon soda dissolved in a little water

Instructions
 

  1. Mix butter and sugar. Add egg, soda and milk. Put nuts and raisins in the flour and add to the rest. Drop in buttered pans and bake quick. Give room to spread.
