Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine melted
  • 1 package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped

Instructions
 

  1. Combine cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup melted margarine. Press into a 9″ pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. For filling beat cream cheese, peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon soft butter, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into crust. Garnish with chocolate or cookie crumbs. Refrigerate.
