Peach Custard Shortcake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 small peaches peeled and sliced (or 1 can sliced peaches drained)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • sweetened whipped cream

Instructions
 

  1. Heat oven to 375ยบ. Mix baking mix, milk, sugar and margarine until soft dough forms. Spread in ungreased 9×9 square pan. Arrange peach slices on top. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over peach slices. Mix sour cream and eggs. Drizzle over top. Bake until wooden pick inserted in cake comes out clean (35-40 minutes). Serve warm with whipped cream.
