Party Pumpkin Pie

Original recipe in Rudeen Family Cookbook 2003 in Lola’s handwriting.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pound marshmallows about 32
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 cup whipping cream whipped

Instructions
 

  1. Melt 1/2 pound marshmallows (about 32) and 1 can of pumpkin. Add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ginger and let cool until cold. Fold in 1 cup cream whipped and turn into baked pie crust. Chill and serve with whipped cream (can use condensed milk instead of cream.)
