Mostaciolli Salad
I got this one from Mary Maxson. A great salad to take to a picnic because it doesn’t spoil quickly in the heat.

Instructions
- Cook 20-ounce package of Mostaciolli noodles for 12 minutes (don’t overcook). After draining, coat with 1 tablespoon oil. Add one onion, thinly sliced and one or two thinly sliced cucumbers. Mix the rest of the ingredients as a dressing and pour over the noodles.
