Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup fine cracker crumbs or oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Instructions
 

  1. Combine all ingredients well. Shape into a loaf and place in 9×13 pan. Add water to about 1 inch up side of loaf. Place 2-3 bouillon cubes in water. Bake in 350ยบ oven 30-45 minutes. Cut in half to check for doneness. Cover top with catsup and bake until bubbly. Remove meatloaf and thicken juices with mixture of flour and water; salt and pepper gravy to taste.
