Meat and Rice
Another Lebanese recipe. This is super quick and easy and kids love it. It might sound unique to have cinnamon with meat, but it’s delicious.

- Sauté meat, onion and seasonings until almost done. Add pine nuts and continue sautéing for 5 minutes more. Add rice and chicken broth or water. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
