Mandarin Orange Cake

- Mix together dry cake mix, flour and juice from oranges. Add 4 eggs and oil and beat for 4 minutes. Gently fold in oranges. Butter and sugar three 9 inch round cake pans. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees; cool 10 minutes. For frosting: Mix together dry pudding mix and pineapple (juice too) and beat for 1 minute. Fold in Cool Whip. Ice cake and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Garnish with mandarin oranges if desired. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
