Lemon Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 egg yolks
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  1. Mix sugar, flour, cornstarch. Add boiling water. Stir and cook for 15 minutes. Add yolks and cook. Add remaining ingredients. Meringue from the 2 egg whites with 2 teaspoons sugar.
