Lamb Marinade for Loin Chops or Kabobs

Another wonderful recipe from my mother-in-law. A Lebanese family favorite! Great served with Lebanese Rice and Lebanese Green Beans.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds leg of lamb cubed for kabobs
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • fresh mint chopped
  • onion salt

Instructions
 

  1. Sprinkle meat with onion salt. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Refrigerate 3-4 hours or over-night. Grill. (If making kabobs, skewer before grilling.)
