Jewish Apple Cake

- Beat all ingredients together (not apples) until smooth. Pour 1/2 into pan–spread with 1/2 of the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg. Cover with remaining batter, apples and spices on top. Bake at 350ยบ for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
