Jelly Centers
These are Trent’s favorite cookies and his mom, Lois Watne, has made them for years. The dough can be rather fussy so make sure it’s moldable, but not too soft.

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together (except jelly) and roll dough into small balls. Press center of each ball with thimble and fill hole with jelly. Dough should be pliable and not “crack” when pressed with thimble; start with 2 cups flour and add more if necessary. Bake at 375ยบ for 12-15 minutes.
