Grits and Sausage Casserole
A family favorite for brunches.

Instructions
- Brown and drain sausage. Cook grits according to package directions. Combine grits with beaten eggs, margarine, green chili, and Cheddar cheese. Spread 1/2 of grits mixture in a 12×8 pan. Cover with sausage. Cover sausage with remaining grits. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Sprinkle a little cheese on top.
