Green Chile Stew
I got this recipe from my mother-in-law. Sautéing the tenderloin for the full 30-45 minutes is what makes the broth so rich and tasty.

- Brown pork in a small amount of olive oil. Add onion and garlic and sauté over low heat 30-45 minutes. Add chicken broth and simmer 2 hours.
- Thirty minutes before serving add potato, tomatoes, and green chile. Continue to simmer until potatoes are tender.
