Dale’s Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon (ap Italian seasoning or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion (1/4 cup would be too much fo
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup approx quick oatmeal
  • 15 -20 saltine crackers crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sometimes he adds shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  1. Form into 8-10 meatballs and fry in pan. When Dale makes these, they come out as perfectly formed balls. When Karen makes these, they always turn out flat on a couple of sides.
