Cream Puffs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • pinch salt
  • 3 eggs

Instructions
 

  1. Into 1 cup boiling water, 1/2 cup butter, add 1 cup flour and stir good. When cool pinch of salt & 3 eggs at a time and best hard. Drop by spoonful in muffin pan and bake 25 minutes in quick oven fills/whipped cream or custard.
