Broccoli Salad (1)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head broccoli cut up
  • 6 to 8 slices bacon fried crisp and crum
  • 1/2 red onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar

Instructions
 

  1. Put raisins in a bowl, cover with water, let sit 30 minutes. Drain. Combine broccoli, bacon, onion, and raisins in large bowl. In small bowl, blend together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over salad. Marinate 1-3 hours.
