Berry Crunch

Ingredients
  

  • 20 squares graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 -8 ounce pac cream cheese softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • pie filling of choice
  • whipped topping

Instructions
 

  1. Mix graham crackers, oleo, and sugar. Pat in 9×13 pan. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 2 beaten eggs, sugar, vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes in 325 degree oven. Cool. Top with pie filling of choice. Serve with whipped topping.
