Beef Stroganoff (1)

Easy to prepare, really hearty.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. stew meat
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • egg noodles cooked and drained

Instructions
 

  1. Cut meat into bite-sized pieces. Put flour and garlic powder into plastic bag and add meat. Shake to coat. Heat oil in large skillet. Saute meat and mushrooms over medium heat, stirring occasionally. When meat begins to get crispy, add broth and soup. Mix well and simmer 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Before serving, stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve over hot noodles.
