Anise Candy

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup white syrup

Instructions
 

  1. Cook until a small amount of syrup forms a hard crack stage in cold water. Remove from heat, add 1 teaspoon anise oil and red or green food coloring. Pour into well greased flat pan.
