Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding

Instructions
 

  1. Combine all ingredients. Beat 4 minutes. Line 2 bread pans with waxed paper. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
