Barbeque Meatballs

These are good as an appetizer or main dish served over rice.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 12 ounces Heinz Chili Sauce
  • 10 ounces grape jelly

Instructions
 

  1. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, salt and pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and form into balls. Bake on a rack at 400ยบ until done (20-30 minutes).
  2. Place chili sauce and grape jelly in large sauce pan. Stir over low heat until jelly melts.
  3. Add browned meatballs and simmer about 30 minutes.
